Boiler system:

We have effectively solved the problems of enhanced heat transfer, heat loss, adaptability to load changes, sealing, and reasonable expansion and contraction of the boiler structure. The fuel burns under slight positive pressure inside the furnace chamber, and the high-temperature flue gas undergoes radiation heat transfer along the waveform furnace chamber. It then turns 180 ° backwards to the tail of the furnace chamber and enters the second return flue pipe, where it flows back to the front smoke box and turns 90 ° upwards to enter the second condenser for convective heat transfer. From there, it enters the first condenser again, where it undergoes convective heat transfer before being discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. This series of boilers has a compact and reasonable structure, occupies a small area, has a long operating cycle, and is easy to install, maintain, and operate. Equipped with Italian Lialu burner and boiler, fully automatic program control and interlock protection, high degree of automation, high thermal efficiency, meeting user requirements.

Boiler structural characteristics:

The condenser is arranged in a dual stage configuration, utilizing flue gas waste heat in a cascade manner. The internal structure adopts non cutting extruded spiral finned tubes to enhance heat transfer, resulting in lower exhaust temperatures and higher thermal efficiency.
The boiler body, primary energy-saving device, and secondary condenser are organically combined into one, which is easy to install and occupies a small area.
Based on the principle that the radiation heat transfer in the furnace is proportional to the fourth power of the temperature, we have optimized the design of the heating surface. The waveform furnace has a large proportion of total heat absorption and good expansion and contraction properties.
Axisymmetric downward bias, wet back type downstream combustion return structure, high-temperature flue gas is all concentrated in the front smoke box, and the rear smoke temperature is very low, directly insulated with insulation layer, reducing maintenance costs; The integral front smoke box is equipped with double doors, and the smoke box door is double sealed, with a simple structure that is easy to open, operate, operate, and maintain.
This boiler uses double-layer aluminum platinum glass wool as insulation material, which has good insulation performance, light weight, and easy transportation and installation.
The upper part of the boiler is equipped with a manhole device, and the lower part is equipped with a cleaning device for easy maintenance and upkeep. The manufacturing of this series of boilers follows the requirements of GB/T16508.4-2013 "Shell boilers - Part 4: Manufacturing, inspection and acceptance", fully complying with national standards.
